Dr. Tyler Tewilliger is a fellowship-trained, board-certified foot and ankle surgeon currently seeing patients as part of our esteemed orthopedic team. He provides comprehensive podiatric medical and surgical care, with clinical interests that include total ankle replacement, Charcot reconstruction, trauma, limb salvage, external fixation, and both forefoot and rearfoot reconstruction. Dr. Tewilliger treats patients in both inpatient and outpatient settings.
Originally from Ohio, Dr. Tewilliger earned his Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry from Ohio Northern University before completing his Doctor of Podiatric Medicine at Kent State University College of Podiatric Medicine. He then went on to complete his residency at Grant Medical Center in Columbus, OH, followed by a fellowship in Advanced Orthopedic and Sports Medicine at the Orthopedic Foot and Ankle Center in Denver, CO.
Dr. Tewilliger is board-certified in Reconstructive Foot and Ankle Surgery by the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgery. He is also an active member of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons, the American College of Podiatric Medicine, and the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgeons.
