Dr. H. Lawrence Haydel, II received his orthopedic board certification in 1998. He graduated from Louisiana State University with a Bachelors of Science degree in Biochemistry in 1986. He attended Louisiana State University Medical Center and earned his medical degree in 1990. Dr. Haydel completed his general surgery residency at Ochsner Medical Foundation Hospital in 1991. In 1996, he completed his orthopedic surgery residency at the University of South Alabama Medical Center in Mobile, AL.
Dr. Haydel is a member of the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons, Louisiana Orthopedic Association, Terrebonne Parish Medical Society and the Louisiana State Medical Association. He is on staff at Terrebonne General Medical Center, St. Anne’s Hospital in Raceland, Gulf Coast Surgical Center and Physicians Surgical Specialty Hospital.
