Dr. William H. Kinnard has been in practice with Houma Orthopedic Clinic since 1984. Dr. Kinnard received his board certification in Orthopedic Surgery in 1986. He is a Fellow of the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons. Dr. Kinnard is also a member of the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons, Louisiana Orthopedic Association, Terrebonne Parish Medical Society and the Louisiana State Medical Association.
Dr. Kinnard graduated from Nicholls State University with a Bachelors of Science in Biology. He went on to earn his medical degree from Louisiana State University School of Medicine in June of 1979 and completed his internship at Charity Hospital in New Orleans. He then completed his residency in Orthopedic Surgery through LSU where he was chosen to be Chief Resident from 1983-1984.
Dr. Kinnard is retired.
